What is your sample policy?

For existing products, we offer free samples—you only need to pay for shipping. For some customized products, we will charge a sample fee upfront, but this fee will be fully refunded if you place a bulk order later.

How can I pay?

We accept T/T bank transfer, PayPal, and all major credit cards.

What are your payment terms?

For mass production: 30% deposit upfront, 70% balance before delivery. We also offer flexible terms for long-term partners.

What is your standard lead time?

Standard production cycle: 25–35 days for a 20-foot container. For urgent orders, we can activate a priority lane to expedite processing. We will provide a clear timeline and weekly progress updates.

Do I need to return defective goods?

No. Simply send us clear photos or videos showing the problem. We will count the quantity and include it in your next order. We want to save you time and shipping costs.

How is my order shipped?

We ship bulk orders by sea and samples by international express (DHL, FedEx, UPS). For bulk orders, we'll arrange the most suitable shipping option based on your destination and timeline. We'll also share container loading photos before shipment.
